About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team at Jacinth Solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources management within a fast-paced and innovative environment. The HR Intern will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
* Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including new hire orientations and training sessions.
* Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, updating organizational charts, and managing HR-related documentation.
* Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
* Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee wellness programs.

Requirements

* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
